Cabinet Construction Details

Our Base Cabinets and Wall Cabinets begin with a 3/4" thick hardwood veneer plywood carcase that is constructed using Rabbet and Dado Joinery.  These joints make your cabinet strong and rigid to stand the test of time.

To make your Base Cabinets as strong as possible, we use full length Solid Wood Rails across the top of the cabinet. These are used instead of small corner blocks.  This added strength helps to stabilize the cabinet and offers a stronger backbone for your solid surface countertops.

A Solid Wood Face Frame is biscuit jointed and glued to the front of the carcase.  Our face frames are constructed with Pocket Hole Joinery using a minimum of 2 screws at each joint.

What Our Customers Are Saying "I just wanted you to know how happy I am with the oak flooring in my diningroom/kitchen and livingroom entryway. I love the warm feeling the floor creates; the color is perfect. I have received compliments from virtually everyone who has been in my house since the installation, and I want you to know that I appreciate the quality of your work for both the flooring and the finish work with the baseboards and under the cabinets.
