Cabinet Construction Details

Our
Base Cabinets and
Wall Cabinets begin with a
3/4" thick hardwood veneer plywood carcase that is constructed using
Rabbet and Dado Joinery. These joints make your cabinet strong and rigid to stand the test of time.

To make your
Base Cabinets as strong as possible, we use full length S
olid Wood Rails across the top of the cabinet. These are used instead of small corner blocks. This added strength helps to stabilize the cabinet and offers a stronger backbone for your solid surface countertops.

A
Solid Wood Face Frame is biscuit jointed and glued to the front of the carcase. Our face frames are constructed with
Pocket Hole Joinery using a minimum of 2 screws at each joint.
